WeDontRush partners with reliable global carriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS, SF Express, and EMS, who collaborate with trusted local couriers to deliver straight to your door.
We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping, no matter where you are.
Order Processing
All payments are processed securely and verified before shipment.
Our team takes 2–5 business days on average to fulfill your order and prepare it for dispatch.
Because every WeDontRush piece is made with care, certain products or peak seasons may require up to 7–10 business days for processing.
Once your order begins the shipping process, we’re unable to make any changes, including address updates.
We ship Monday through Friday and do not process orders on weekends or holidays.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability or partner locations.

Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number.
You’ll receive an email once your package has been dispatched. Please allow a few days for tracking details to update after receiving your link.
If you haven’t seen any tracking updates 5 business days after your order was placed, please contact us for assistance.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
WeDontRush is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation by the carrier.
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact your local carrier or file a claim directly.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
We begin processing right away and cannot modify or cancel orders once they’ve entered the shipping stage.
